The lord of heaven is King over His Kingdom – which at this time consists of every human spirit that is reborn and indwelt by the Spirit of God. We are His subjects and He is our King. Yet, it is so much more than that because we are also His children. He is our Father. The King is our Father, and He, like all fathers, takes great joy in providing for and protecting His kids. I believe it literally puts a smile on God’s face when He shows us his love as a Father. Take joy, my siblings in Christ! Our Father is the best Dad ever… and He is also the King of the Universe!
