Jim is first and foremost a listener, secondly a communicator. He has taught over 1500 credit hours at the college and graduate level for over twenty five years, and has a reputation of challenging his students to think more carefully, act more responsibly, and serve more compassionately. He is an accomplished businessman and one of the most educated and trained conflict specialists in the Midwest.
