Jim is first and foremost a listener, secondly a communicator. He has taught over 1500 credit hours at the college and graduate level for over twenty five years, and has a reputation of challenging his students to think more carefully, act more responsibly, and serve more compassionately. He is an accomplished businessman and one of the most educated and trained conflict specialists in the Midwest.

• Twenty five years experience as a Lay Counselor/Mentor
• Extensive experience in the modeling, on camera and print commercial field, having been in scores of magazine and newspaper advertisements, industrial films, TV commercials, national TV programs, major motion pictures, as well as behind the camera technical assistance.
